Our Honeymoon

Andy and I headed to Tybee Island, Georgia for our honeymoon. While there, we relaxed by the pool, took walks on the beach, toured the lighthouse, went on a dolphin tour and ate at several wonderful restaurants - the Hunter House creme brule was AMAZING. We spent two days walking around Savannah and took a tour to learn its history. At the recommendation of the best man, Ryan, we headed to his old stomping grounds Charleston, S.C. We ate at another amazing restaurant called Carolinas - my first five course meal - delicious!!!! The following day we took a horse drawn carriage ride to see the sites. After that we drove to see mom and dad Snyder in NC since we probably won't get to see them in NC for a while with the big move to Florida looming in our future. Today we hit the road after a long walk and got back to Knoxville around 6pm so that I can get to work at 6am tomorrow morning. So glad to be home!

My Trip to Kansas

I just recently returned from a trip to Kansas where I visited my sister Kristin (that is me and her above). She took me out to the power and light district in Kansas City where we spent many hours listening to the the dueling pianos at Howl at the Moon bar.

I got to meet my sister's new puppy Mac for the first time (he's the black one). I met Mogli at Christmas.

Mac is sooo tiny - that's my hand next to him - he is probably only about 3 pounds.
Hi there Mac! (I want one of my own... my next birthday present Andy?)

One of the days I took a trip down the road to the University of Kansas (where I got my undergraduate degree) and walked down memory lane. I was a member of the rowing team for 4 years - I am in the above picture - can you find me?

Good memories... KU just built a beautiful boathouse that I got to see as well. Wish we would have had that when I was there (all we had was a fence!)
