Yesterday my best friend had her first baby, James Reid. They expected him to be over 9lbs but he fooled everyone and only weighed 7lbs! Mommy and baby are doing great. I am so proud of her and can't wait to see him in person. Welcome to the world Reid!

Hellos and Goodbyes

July has been a busy month for us thus far. We closed on our house and have been moving box after box. Then both Andy and my parents visited over the Fourth of July. We also bid farewell to one of my tennis buddies who is going back north to the land of Canada. We will miss you Sylvia and Andre.

Turtle Rescue!

Andy found a turtle when we came back from the beach crossing the road in our apartment complex. We couldn't let the little guy get run over, especially since Andy ran one over on our way back from TN. Check me out in action!

Memorial Day Weekend in Knoxville

Last wednesday we left the heat and sunshine of Florida for the humidity and downpours of Tennessee for the Levenson-McDougald wedding. In between wedding events we had the chance to visit with family and friends and get a little shopping in. Here are a couple of pictures from our visit.
