A Sunday Drive in October

Today we decided to take a Sunday drive along the coast with Tybee. He loves to go driving with us. We stopped by Seaside to take a walk and Tybee met 2 great Danes (one of them was 160lbs!) I wish I had taken a picture of them - I think Tybee was the size of their heads but they were very friendly. Later Andy and I walked down to the beach and watched the sun go down as we drank some yummy wine - the perfect way to end a gorgeous day!

Visitors in September

My little sister and my mommy

So we had several visitors in September... My mom and sister visited Labor Day weekend. It was mom's first visit to the Gulf and she loved the white sand. The night my sister flew into town, we went for a walk down on the beach and had stingrays gliding by in the water 2 feet from our feet! It was great to have them and maybe next time dad can come too. Then two weeks later Andy's mom and sister visit. Lots of time on the beach with a little bit of rain in between. They happened to come during bike week but the bikers have been very polite. Who's next to visit?

Tybee's Wardrobe

So Old Navy carries a line of dog items including polos, rain jackets and Halloween costumes so I thought we would take Tybee and have him try a couple on...

Busy Week

Sorry it has been a while since I have written, lots going on...
- My best friend Maegen came down last weekend to visit (it was her bachelorette weekend since I won't be able to throw her one in Indiana before the wedding - I am her matron of honor). We hit the spa, the beach and several restaurants and had a great time. Thankfully her flight made it out of town before the tropical storm hit.
- Tybee got neutured on Tuesday. I was a nervous mama the whole day and was so happy when we got to pick him up. He was his normal hyper self in a couple of days.
- I got a part-time job at Old Navy where I work about 20ish hours a week and Andy appreciates the discount at Gap.
- I joined a tennis team and we have our first match Tuesday. I am the youngest player by 10 years and the oldest is in her 60s! They are great ladies and I hope we do well this season.
- Mom and Kristin are coming to visit Labor Day weekend and I can't wait - hope Andy can handle the Snyder girls!

Our new home in Panama City Beach, Florida

So we are finally in our new apartment in PCB, Florida. It is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom in an apartment complex. We've got a screened in porch and sit right next to the sand volleyball court. We have a nice grassy courtyard outside for Tybee to run around in. We have no real furniture right now... still waiting on the moving truck to show up. Oh well, an air mattress and fold out chair work just fine. Who wants to be the first to visit?
